The Clansman Coater offers our customers a wide range of direct thermal coating formulations including coloured backgrounds and coloured images; the capability to thermally or specialty coat many substrates including security products; as well as customer specific and standard volume products.

• Coat weight range from 4 to 20gsm.
• Substrate range from 50 to +200 micron.

ideal for short shelf life applications.
• SEMI-RESISTANT DIRECT THERMAL GRADES - These products have resistance to oil, water and plasticisers.
• COLOURTHERMS - Why colourwash when we can do it for you?
• COLOURED IMAGE THERMAL - Available in blue, green, red and many others.
• SELF-ADHESIVE THERMAL CAR PARK TICKETS - Combines removable adhesive with direct thermal face.
• COLOUR CENTRE THERMAL - adds overt security feature to thermal labels and tickets. A variety of colours are available.
