The Caledonian is a highly versatile coating machine and offers flexible low volume production. The new range of differentiated, high value products comes within our AdaptUltra Range.

•         Applicator Meyer Bar coating head

•         Water based adhesive technology

•         Adhesive coat weight range 2 - 40gsm

•         Substrate Range 12  to +400 micron

 

The Caledonian Products:

 

•         MICROSPHERE - Speciality removable / resealable adhesive

•         DRY PEEL / FLEXIDRY - Laminates for promotional and mark down labels. Used for business cards, ski passes and luggage tags.

•         SELF WOUND - When the release liner just won’t do!

•         COVERALL / BLOCKOUT - Opaque, Black -all adhesive colours available.

•         SPECIAL ADHESIVES - Including water wash-off and heat resistant grades, many others available.

•         STRIP PATTERN - Adhesive-Free areas available with all the above adhesives and constructions.
